📦 Online Return & Exchange Policy
🇺🇸 Domestic Orders (U.S. Only)
We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged apparel items. If something is wrong with your order, we’ve got you — we’ll cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size please email us to get Authorization. All shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.
To start a return, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization. Items must be unworn, unused, and have all original tags attached.
🚫 We can’t accept items sent back without prior approval or without tracking.
🌍 International Orders
Only defective or damaged apparel items are eligible for refunds. No returns or exchanges are accepted. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
❌ Final Sale Items
The following are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- All skateboard decks
- Custom or pre-ordered items
- Any item purchased during a sale or promotional discount
